What happened: Hi! I just canceled a reservation at the DTW airport Marriott that I only made one hour before. Cancellation number: ********. **I made the reservation from the plane, because I was told the power was out in Ann Arbor, which is where I was headed to stay. When I got off the plane, I realized that the hotel required me to take a cab to it. I have some mobility issues and prefer not to leave the airport. I I tried at least ** times to call the hotel, and the line is busy. Since I’ve already had a reservation canceled today, because of power outages, and because no one at marriott could pick up the phone, I was concerned that there was a power outage here as well. So I did go ahead and cancel this reservation but would very much like a refund. I truly hope this reservation for no more than one hour. I also turned around and put him at the Westin hotel, which is attached to the airport and is also Bonvoyp property.

What happened: I called the *** number to book a room for Friday and Saturday night June ** **** and July * ****. The man on the phone informed me that there was a jacuzzi and a pool. It was very important that there was a jacuzzi as my wife wanted to soak in the hot water because she has back problems. I was very eager to surprise her with the * day mini get away, due to it being our anniversary,I was also told there was a great restaurant. When we arrived the front desk clerk informed me that there was *o jacuzzi but there was a pool. But it was after pool hours but it would be open in the morning.He then sent us on a ** minute hike to find our room with no help at all for are baggage,not even a cart.We found out after there was no pool. The ice machine on almost every floor was out of order. And the last but not least complaint was the * wedding reception guests running around the halls making all sorts of noise and preventing my wife and myself any sort of enjoyment on our night. What happened: I don’t remember my password but my email address and phone number need to be updated in my profile. I am caught in a loop and can get no help from the computer. I need to talk to a human to resolve the issue. If I try to update my password, they need updated email. If I try to update my email they need password. This is extremely frustrating. Tired of talking to a computer that keeps me going in circles. Coming close to deleting my account and going with a company that is easier to do business with.
