"Good customer service overall"
I had to reach out to Marriott customer service after accidentally booking the wrong dates. The chat took a few minutes to connect, but once I got through, the person helping me was nice and got it sorted. They changed the dates and sent over a new confirmation quickly. I did have to repeat my booking number twice, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience and they fixed the issue without much hassle...

"Friendly Enough, If You Don’t Need Much"
The staff were polite and did say hello when we walked by, which was nice, I guess. Check-in was fine too, nothing to complain about there. But whenever we actually needed help, things moved slowly, and no one really bothered to follow up after. So yeah, not a terrible stay by any means, just very average overall. If you’re not expecting much in the service department, it’s probably fine

"Surprisingly quiet stay"
I stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t expect it to be as quiet as it was. No hallway noise, hardly any doors slamming, and the traffic outside just... wasn’t really noticeable. I’m a light sleeper, so that kind of thing usually makes or breaks a stay for me. The room felt calm, I slept well both nights, and yeah... I’d definitely stay here again.

"Billing Was Easy and Straightforward"
Stayed at a Marriott last weekend and the billing were super smooth. The final charge matched what I saw when I booked, and the taxes plus parking was all clearly listed. No random extra fees popped up later, which I really appreciated. I checked my card after checkout and it was the same amount. I just like when hotels gets this stuff right because it makes the whole trip feel less stressful. Easy 5 stars from me...

"Easy points stay"
Used my points for a quick weekend stay it was just... easy. Check-in was smooth, no random issues or anything, and the room was ready when I got there. So yeah, happy with how it all worked out

"Exactly what I needed after a draining day"
I stayed for one night the bed was the highlight. I was feeling mentally drained by the time I checked in, and that mattress was just perfect, not too soft, not too firm. The pillows were actually comfortable too, which almost never happens in hotels. I slept all the way through and woke up without any back pain. I’d definitely stay again just for that bed

"Solid Wi-Fi the Whole Stay"
I stayed for 3 nights the Wi-Fi was great the entire time. It never dropped once, which I really noticed because I was working from my room and kept checking the little connection icon out of habit. I had a couple video calls, answered emails, and watched Netflix at night without any buffering or weird pauses. Small thing, but I also appreciated not having to reconnect every time I came back to the room. Really happy with it overall

"I had to cancel my booking at…"
I had to cancel my booking at the last minute, so I was nervous about how the refund would go. Marriott handled it faster than I expected, and the money was back in my account within a few days. Support was also easy to deal with, which I appreciated. That said, with the stress of having to cancel so suddenly, I was kind of hoping they might offer a little compensation or credit as a goodwill gesture. Overall, no big drama and I’m happy the refund was sorted quickly.

I booked through marriott it was straightforward. The price stayed the same all the way to checkout, which I really appreciated. No random fees popping up at the end or anything like that.

"Late Checkout and Wi-Fi Shouldn’t Have Been a Hassle"
I did end up getting late checkout and free Wi-Fi, so I’m happy about that part. But it’s annoying that I had to deal with the front desk back-and-forth in the first place. They acted like they were doing me some huge favor when this should’ve been handled easily from the start.

"Decent stay, but a few things were off"
The bed was okay — comfortable enough for the night — but the pillows were way too flat for me. The room was clean overall, though it did get a little noisy at night. Also, the chair wasn’t very comfortable, which wasn’t ideal. Not a bad stay, but not amazing either

"Booking panic vanished fast"
I had a mini heart attack when my booking didn’t show up correctly after I changed the dates. I reached out to marriott support, fully expecting a long, painful saga, but they fixed it way faster than I thought. The agent was super nice and didn’t turn it into some dramatic ordeal. After a little bit, everything showed up correctly again. i’m really happy with how they handled the whole thing.

"Finally, a Booking That Didn’t Turn Into a Headache"
I booked my stay through marriott and, thank goodness everything was actually right when I got to the hotel. The dates matched, the room type was correct, and even my notes were there. No sudden “we don’t see that” nonsense, no awkward phone calls, no scrambling at the front desk. It was just easy, which sadly feels rare sometimes. Definitely saved me a lot of stress

I had a really good stay. The bathroom was spotless, with the sink, shower, and floors all looking freshly cleaned, and the sheets smelled clean and fresh the moment I got into bed. Everything felt well taken care of, and I don’t have any complaints.

"Super Easy and Reliable"
I used the Marriott app on my last trip and it made everything feel so much smoother. I checked in right from my phone, chose my arrival time, and got updates without needing to call the hotel at all. The mobile room key was a huge plus too because I didn’t have to wait around at the front desk. The app was simple to use, worked without freezing, and just felt really dependable. It gave me a lot of confidence that my trip was on track from start to finish

“When it comes to bed bugs, Marriott handles things in a scam, not legitimate way. If you are going to stay in a Marriott hotel, make sure you know how to check for bed bugs before you travel, because the chances are much higher that you'll have bed bugs in a Marriott hotel room than at other hotel chains”
